Kalahari Farmhouse is a lush lodge that serves as the perfect middle point enroute to various destinations such as Windhoek, the South, the Kgalagadi and South Africa. The Kalahari Farmhouse boasts its own Self Sufficiency Centre, a refreshing pool, a beautiful garden, and sunset expeditions to the dunes by the Kalahari Anib Lodge in Gondwana Kalahari Park, a short 30km away.
11 rooms in Cape Dutch style chalets. Guests can choose between 3 types of room. The standard twin rooms have twin beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, tea and coffee facilities, air-conditioners, and a small verandah viewing the garden. The standard 4 bed family room has an open-plan interior, 4 single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower, tea and coffee facilities, air-conditioners, and a small verandah viewing the garden. Another standard family room consists of 2 adjoining rooms with twin beds, each with their own ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath, and air-conditioning.
Visiting the Self Sufficiency Centre, taking a dip in the pool, or joining a sunset ride to Kalahari Anib Lodge 30km away to explore the dunes. Guests can take a walk through the Self Sufficiency Centre next to the lodge to learn how a variety of delicious food is produced on-site. Guests are sure to encounter the resident chickens and pigs while at Kalahari Farmhouse.

Twin Room
All the rooms overlook the lush green gardens of the old farmhouse. Each room has twin beds and en-suite bathrooms (showers only) as well as air-conditioners, tea/coffee facilities and a small veranda.
Family Room
This open plan room is located at the end of the lush green gardens and has four single beds and an en-suite bathroom (shower only), air-conditioning as well as tea/coffee facilities.
Kindly note that there are no activities at Kalahari Farmhouse, however guests are welcome to take part in the activities offered at Kalahari Anib Lodge 30 km away. Guests must arrange their own transport to Kalahari Anib Lodge. Guests are welcome to visit the vegetable gardens at the Self-Sufficiency Centre, where much of the fresh produce for all the Gondwana Lodges are grown.
